This pre-fused replacement wire connects to your older Legacy solar panel's junction box on the back of the panel with an SAE connection on the other end. Soldering of these connections is necessary to ensure a good connection.

extention cord

I didn't really know what I was ordering as I wasn't familiar with the terminology used in the written description and unfamiliarity with the solar panels I also had ordered. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to get a return authorization so I can exchange this cord for one that I originally thought I was purchasing.
